Services

Lumive Medical Aesthetics & Wellness provides aesthetic and medical spa treatments. All treatments are performed under medical director supervision. Individual results may vary. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Appointments & Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Contact us at (954) 257-2690 to manage your appointments.

SMS Terms — Lumive Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

1. Program description: Lumive Medical Aesthetics & Wellness sends appointment reminders, account notifications, and promotional offers via SMS to customers who have opted in. Message frequency: approximately 2-4 messages per month.
2. Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you receive messages from.
3. Opt-out confirmation: Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.
4. Re-join instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

6. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Data rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Limitation of Liability
